Biggs Industrial Park title
In 2023, the City Council repurposed property owned by the City at 2837 West Biggs Gridley Road as the City Industrial Park to create economic growth opportunities and support agriculture and other small businesses. Part of the Industrial Park is designated for Self-storage of cars, trailers, boats, RVs, and farming equipment.
